Patrick Industries, Elkhart, IN, entered into an all-stock merger agreement with LCI Industries. Patrick is a component solutions provider serving original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers in multiple markets, including RV and housing. LCI supplies engineered components to the outdoor recreation and transportation markets.
