U.S. kitchen and bath cabinet sales in May were $207.5 million, 7.6% lower than the comparable month in 2024 but 6.0% above April sales, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s (KCMA) monthly “Trend of Business” member survey. Year-to-date sales totaled $982.7 million, shrunk 6.3% compared to 2024.
Semi-custom sales decreased 4.9% from May 2024 but were 5.2% higher than April at $118.0 million. Custom cabinet sales fell 7.2% from the prior year but grew 8.8% from the previous month to $56.0 million. Stock sales dropped 16.3% from May 2024 but rose 4.3% from April to $33.5 million. See KCMA
