U.S. Remodeling Industry Confidence Continues to Rise in Q3

U.S. remodeling confidence in the third quarter rose 9 points from the previous three months to 82, according to the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Remodeling Market Index (RMI). The current market conditions indicator increased 9 points to 86 and the future market index gained 7 points to 77 compared to the second quarter.

The Remodeling Market Index (RMI) is based on a quarterly survey of NAHB remodeler members providing insight on current market conditions and future indicators for the remodeling market. A score over 50 indicates remodelers reporting market activity higher than the previous quarter.  See National Association of Home Builders
