In the second quarter of 2025, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Westlake Royal Remodeling Index (RMI) reported U.S. remodeling confidence at 59, shrinking four points from Q1 and six points from the same period in 2024. The current market conditions indicator fell five points from the previous quarter to 66 and was seven points lower than 2024. The future indicators index dropped four points to 51 over the first quarter and decreased seven points from Q2 2024.
