In the fourth quarter of 2025, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Westlake Royal Remodeling Index (RMI) reported U.S. remodeling confidence at 64, gaining four points from Q3 but four points lower than the same period in 2024. The current market conditions indicator improved three points from the previous quarter to 71, but decreased four points from 2024. The future indicators index rose four points to 56 over the third quarter but declined five points from Q4 2024.
