U.S. kitchen and bath cabinet sales in October were 9.8% higher than the comparable month in 2019 and up 2.3% from September, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s (KCMA) monthly Trend of Business member survey. Year-to-date cabinet sales rose 0.5% from the year-ago period.
Semi-custom sales rose 7.9% from October 2019 but declined 3.9% compared to the first ten months of last year. Custom cabinetry sales grew 7.7% in October over the prior year and year-to-date levels were 1.5% below 2019. Stock sales jumped 11.6% from October 2019 and were up 4.1% for the year. See KCMA
