U.S. Home Sales Up Over June 2019

U.S. sales of new single-family homes in June were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 776,000, increasing 13.8% from May and 6.9% higher than the comparable month last year. The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of June was 307,000, representing a 4.7-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
