U.S. sales of new single-family homes in December 2020 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 842,000, increasing 1.6% from November and 15.2% higher than the comparable month in 2019.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of December was 302,000, representing a 4.3-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
