U.S. sales of new single-family homes in March were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.02 million, increasing 20.7% from February and 66.8% higher than the comparable month last year.

The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of March was 307,000, representing a 3.6-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
