U.S. sales of new single-family homes in November 2020 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 841,000, decreasing 11.0% from October but were 20.8% higher than the comparable month in 2019.  The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of November was 286,000, representing a 4.1-month supply at the current sales rate.
