U.S. sales of new single-family homes in February were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 772,000, down 2.0% from January and 6.2% below the comparable month last year.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of February was 407,000, representing a 6.3-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
