U.S. Home Sales Continued to Fall in March

U.S. sales of new single-family homes in March were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 763,000, down 8.6% from February and 12.6% behind the comparable month last year.

The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of March was 407,000, representing a 6.4-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
