U.S. residential furniture factory orders in February were $2.2 billion, up 6.8% from the comparable month last year and 3.8% higher than January.
Furniture shipments declined 5.0% from February 2023 to $2.3 billion but increased 7.9% from January. February backlogs were $2.6 billion, shrinking 23.5% from February 2023 and dipping 0.8% from the prior month. See Smith Leonard
