U.S. Countervailing and Antidumping Charges Reversed for Cabinet Depot

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the reversal of its January 27, 2022 determination stating that BGI Group, dba U.S. Cabinet Depot, had evaded countervailing and antidumping duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China.  CPB found that American Kitchen Cabinet Alliance, the group that filed the grievance, did not sufficiently support its claims.
