U.S. consumer confidence in December 2021 registered at 115.8, rising 3.9 points from a revised November score, according to The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index.  The index measuring current business and labor market conditions, dropped 0.3 points from November to 144.1.  The short-term outlook for income, business and the labor market increased 6.7 points in December to 96.9.
