U.S. consumer confidence in February registered at 91.3, rising 2.4 points from January, according to The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index.  The index measuring current business and labor market conditions gained 6.5 points from January to 92.0, while the short-term outlook for income, business and the labor market slipped 0.4 points to 90.8 in February.
