U.S. Consumer Confidence Falls Again in February

U.S. consumer confidence in February registered at 110.5, dipping 0.6 points from a revised January score, according to The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index.  The index measuring current business and labor market conditions, rose 0.6 points from January to 145.1.  The short-term outlook for income, business and the labor market decreased 1.3 points in February to 87.5.
