U.S. Architectural Billings Continue Growth in March

The March Architecture Billings Index (ABI) jumped 6.7 points to 58.0 according to The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Economics & Market Research Group. A score above 50 indicates growth in billings. Design contracts increased 5.3 points to 60.5 from February.

March billings were in positive territory for all geographic regions except for the Northeast which experienced its seventh consecutive month of declines. Firms of all specializations reported growth in monthly billings. See AIA
