Swiss Krono to Acquire Particleboard and EWST Mills from Collins Products

Swiss Krono Group, Barnwell, SC, has agreed to purchase Collins Products’ particleboard and engineered wood siding and trim plants in Klamath Falls, OR. This acquisition expands Swiss Krono’s U.S. footprint beyond its current MDF facility in Barnwell, SC. See Press Release and Swiss Krono
