Surteco North America, Myrtle Beach, SC, announced it will acquire Omnova Solutions, Beechwood, OH. Surteco is a decor print, foil, adhesives and edgebanding manufacturer with four production facilities in North America. Omnova designs and manufactures decorative papers and performance films including 2D and 3D vinyl with three locations in the U.S.
Surteco and Omnova offer complementary products so operations and employees for both companies will not be affected by the acquisition. The sale is anticipated to be finalized during the first quarter of the new year. See Surteco, Omnova and News Releases
