Roseburg Names Sally Eastern Region Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Roseburg, Springfield, OR, has promoted Matthew Sally to Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for the Eastern Region.  In this newly created position, Sally will report to Rick Whitmore, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics and will lead the transportation and logistics efforts for Roseburg’s Eastern division.
