Roseburg Announces New COO

Roseburg, Springfield, OR, announced the promotion of Stuart Gray to the newly created Chief Operating Officer position. Gray will oversee operations, sales, human resources, and environment, health and safety.  He joined Roseburg in 2017 and was most recently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. See Roseburg
