Roseburg Forest Products, Springfield, OR, announced President and CEO Grady Mulbery will retire after 12 years with the company on September 30. Grady has been a strong presence in the wood products industry where his career started at Willamette Industries in 1999 and included various management positions at SierraPine and Weyerhaeuser Company prior to joining Roseburg. He also held several key leadership roles on the association’s Executive Committee and Board including CPA Chairman in 2015.
Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Gray, will succeed Mulbery as President and CEO as of October 1. After several years with The Home Depot and Sears Holding Corp., Gray joined Roseburg’s leadership team in 2017 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing the company’s strategic business development, compliance and environmental teams. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2022. See Roseburg
