CPA recently revised its “Particleboard Underlayment Installation Technical Bulletin.” Initially published in 1998, this technical bulletin helps home builders, DIYers, and contractors understand the key factors when installing particleboard underlayment.
The updated version supports audiences with varying levels of knowledge to understand proper storage and handling, construction and preparation of subfloor, installation code requirements, filling and sanding, and appropriate floor coverings and flooring applications.
