April U.S. Kitchen and Bath Sales Mixed

U.S. Construction Increase Slightly in April
U.S. construction spending in April was estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1.74 trillion, up 0.2% from March and a 12.3% increase over the year prior. Seasonally adjusted shipments for all U.S. manufacturing industries in April were up 0.2% from March to $532.1 billion. U.S. sales of new single-family homes in July were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 607,000, falling 10.5% from June and 6.3% below the comparable month in 2025.
