U.S. consumer confidence registered at 90.8 in July, a decline of 1.4 points from the adjusted June reading, according to The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index. June U.S. New Home Sales Increase Month-over-Month
U.S. sales of new single-family homes in June were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 628,000, increasing 1.6% from May but 5.6% lower than the comparable month in 2025. The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale in June was 485,000, indicating a 9.3-month supply at the existing sales rate. This is 0.2%
Harvard LIRA Predicts Continued Remodeling Softening
