CPA members have the opportunity to showcase products and services through a tabletop exhibit session at the Spring Meeting. Exhibits will be in a highly visible location to maximize traffic during the entire meeting. Exhibitor benefits include:

Set-Up
Sunday, April 13, from 3 pm – 6 pm
Exhibit Hall Hours
Monday, April 14, from 7:30 am – 5 pm
(Dedicated hours during Breakfast, Breaks, and Exhibit Hall Reception from 4 pm – 5 pm)
Tuesday, April 15, from 7:30 am – 3 pm
(Dedicated hours during Breakfast and Exhibit Hall Break)
Tear-Down

$2,500 USD*
*Fee includes a 6-foot draped exhibit table only. The exhibitor fee does not include meeting registration for company representatives. All company representatives must also register as an attendee for the meeting separately.

- Each participant will be given a 6’ x 2½’ skirted table.

Receiving Charges:
- $250.00 per pallet and/or skid to receive
- $50.00 per case/crate to receive
- $5.00 for individual boxes/envelopes less than 50 lbs.
- All pallets, crates, and/or large boxes weighing over 300 pounds will be charged an additional $110.00 each and for every 300 pounds thereafter.
- Pallets that need to be broken down before delivery will be charged additional $75 per hour labor fee
Storage Charges:
- Complimentary storage for a 24-hour period
- $100.00 per pallet per day
- $25.00 per case/crate per day
- $3.00 per individual box less than 50 lbs. and/or envelopes
Delivery Charges:
- $50.00 per pallet and/or skid to deliver
- $5.00 per case/crate to deliver
- $5.00 for individual boxes/envelopes less than 50 lbs.
Outgoing Processing and Handling Fees:
- All outgoing packages need to be labeled and scheduled for pick-up.
- All individual outgoing items (boxes, letters, envelopes, tubes, flats, etc) are at Fed-Ex Express prevailing rates plus a 20% service charge
- The exhibitor fee does not include meeting registration for company representatives. All company representatives must register separately as attendees and stay at the meeting host hotel.
- All exhibit fees must be paid in full before April 4.
- Exhibits should be educational in nature. Materials that may be exhibited include company literature, brochures, business cards, posters, and tabletop pop-up displays, which can fit on a standard 6’ x 2½’ table.
- All exhibits are unmanned and should be designed accordingly.
- All materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Exhibit Session will be held in a public, unsecured area. Valuables should not be left unattended.
- Electricity is not guaranteed for the exhibits. Electronic devices or any other audio/visual devices will not be promised access to a wall plug for electricity.
- Exhibitors are responsible for return shipments. All materials not removed by the exhibitor during tear down will be disposed of at the exhibitor’s expense.
- All cancellations after April 4 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
