Q4 Multifamily Construction Confidence Grows

Multifamily construction confidence increased in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to the Multifamily Market Survey produced by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  The Multifamily Product Index (MPI) grew one point from the third quarter to 54. The MPI measures builder and developer sentiment about conditions in the market for new apartments and condos. Any score over 50 indicates improving conditions by those surveyed. See NAHB
