Q4 Canadian Hotel Construction Projects Expand

Canadian hotel construction projects in Q4 2023 rose 10% from Q4 2022 to 294, representing 38,396 rooms. Projects under construction increased 27% from the comparable period in 2022 to 66, with 36% more rooms at 8,998. Projects planned for the next 12 months were at 85 or 9,810 rooms anticipated.
