The third quarter 2025 U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Trend Report by Lodging Econometrics reported hotel projects were mostly unchanged from Q3 2024 at 6,205. The number of rooms in Q3 totaled 728,416, increasing 1% from the year-ago period. Projects in the early stages grew marginally from Q3 2024 to 2,853, with 331,823 rooms.
