This week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released the top ten cited workplace safety violations for fiscal year 2020, which runs from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. The top three standards violations were fall protection, hazard communication and respiratory protection. Many of the following FY2020 violations have appeared on similar lists for multiple years.
