Seasonally adjusted shipments for all U.S. manufacturing industries in November 2021 rose 0.7% from October to $526.97 billion. Wood product shipments were up 1.7% in November to $11.66 billion compared to the prior month. Shipments of furniture and related products fell 1.9% from October to $5.99 billion.
New orders for all U.S. manufacturing increased 1.6% from October to $531.84 billion. Furniture and related product orders in November fell 1.0% from the previous month to $6.04 billion. See U.S. Census Bureau
