U.S. sales of new single-family homes in November 2021 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 744,000, up 12.4% from October but down 14.0% from the comparable month last year.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of November was 402,000, representing a 6.5-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
