November Construction Investment Increases in Canada

Canadian building construction investment increased 1.7% from October 2023 to $19.8 billion (CAD) in November, with residential construction spending growing 2.2% to $13.7 billion. Seasonally adjusted single-family construction spending was 1.2% higher than October at $6.6 billion. Multi-unit levels were up 3.1% to $7.2 billion in November.
