U.S. Consumer Confidence Drops in March

U.S. consumer confidence in March registered at 120.0, falling 12.6 points from February, according to The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index. The index measuring current business and labor market conditions decreased 1.6 points from February to 167.7, and the short-term outlook for income, business and labor market dropped 19.9 points from February to 88.2 in March.
