U.S. Home Sales Fall in February

U.S. sales of new single-family homes in February were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 765,000, decreasing 4.4% from January, but 14.3% higher than the comparable month last year.  The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of February was 319,000, representing a five-month supply at the current sales rate.  See U.S. Census Bureau
