EPA Extends Deadline for TSCA Fees Registration

Earlier this week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that it is extending the deadline for the self-identification process for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) formaldehyde risk evaluation responsible parties to May 27, 2020.  In the announcement, the EPA also indicated that it plans to provide additional guidance on reporting requirements.  CPA will continue to work with EPA to address questions and concerns of CPA members, and will provide regular updates as more information becomes available.  See EPA Prepublication Notice.  More Info: Jackson Morrill
