CPA Staffing Changes

CPA is pleased to announce the promotions of senior staff members Jeannie Ervin and Allyson O’Sullivan in recognition of their outstanding contributions to CPA and reflecting their important roles each plays within the Association.  CPA is also pleased to announce the hiring of a new Data Analyst, Lori Thoden.

Jeannie Ervin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer responsible for the association's business operations including finance and human resources, as well as membership recruitment and retention, industry performance reporting, and supporting Board and Executive Committee activities and programs.  Jeannie has been in the senior role of Vice President, Membership and Administration since 2004 after joining CPA in 2002 as the Director of Member Services. 

Senior Marketing Director Allyson O’Sullivan has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing and Meetings and will continue to manage of CPA’s extensive marketing and communications activities as part of the Marketing Committee and Decorative Surfaces Council scope of oversight.  She is also responsible for managing all aspects of CPA’s highly regarded Annual Meetings program.  Allyson joined CPA in 2004 as Director of Member Services and has increasingly assumed senior marketing and meetings responsibilities through her 15-year tenure.

Lori Thoden joined the staff as the new part-time Data Analyst this week and will be responsible for managing CPA’s industry shipments performance program reporting to Jeannie Ervin. Lori has an extensive background spanning more than 20 years in data analysis and financial auditing, primarily in the retail and airline industries.  Lori has a B.S. in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.  More Info: Jackson Morrill
