Interior Design Billings Increase in October

The Interior Design Billings Index (IDBI) in October increased 2.3 points to 55.0, the third straight month of growth according to the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) member-owned firms. Any score over 50 indicates growth. Designers in the Midwest showed the healthiest billings at 69.3, while the South continued to struggle at 44.2.  The October index measuring project inquiries was unchanged at 54.0, but the three-month average edged up 1.9 points from September to 60.4.
