NAHB Top Bathroom Features for Millennial Buyers

A National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) released findings on the top bathroom features requested by millennial buyers from their “What Home Buyers Really Want” 2019 survey. The report asks prospective and recent home buyers about what features they want in a home.

A bathtub and separate shower stall in the master bath, rated highest with 34% rating it essential and 42% as desirable. Double vanities at 32% and linen closets within the master at 28% rounded out the top three features. These additional features all point toward a trend of bathrooms increasing in size to accommodate these must haves. See NAHB
