Commerce Imposes Anti-dumping Duties on Chinese Cabinet Manufacturers

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced today an affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-dumping duty (AD) investigation of imports of wooden cabinets, vanities and components from China.  As a result, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be instructed to collect cash deposits from importers of wooden cabinets from China covered by the decision.  The rates collected will reflect the preliminary determination that exporters from China had dumped wooden cabinets in the U.S. at margins ranging from 4.49 to 262.18 percent.  See Department of Commerce Press Release.  More Info: Jackson Morrill
