U.S. Builder Confidence Rises Slightly

U.S. builder confidence in the market for new single-family homes in July increased 1 point to 65 on the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI). The current sales index rose 1 point higher to 72. The component measuring expectations in the next six months increased 1 point to 71 and buyer traffic level was also up 1 point to 48.  See NAHB
