U.S. Home Sales Fall in July

U.S. sales of new single-family homes in July were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 627,000, falling 1.7% below June but 12.8% higher than the same month in 2017. The seasonally-adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of July was 309,000, representing a 5.9 month supply at the current sales rate.  See U.S. Census Bureau
