U.S. Home Size Declines in 2nd Quarter

The square footage of new single-family homes in the U.S. has declined in the second quarter. The median single-family square footage fell 3.8% from the first quarter in 2018 to 2,344 square feet and average totals were down 3.2% from the previous quarter to 2,555 square feet.  See NAHB
