U.S. Home Sales Dip in April

U.S. sales of new single-family homes in April were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 662,000, falling 1.5% below March but 11.6% higher than the same period in 2017.  The seasonally-adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of April was 300,000, representing a 5.4 month supply at the current sales rate.  See U.S. Census Bureau
