U.S. Kitchen Cabinet Sales Fall in March

U.S. kitchen and bath cabinetry sales in March fell 1.7% from the comparable month in 2017, according to Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association's (KCMA) monthly Trend of Business member survey.  Year-to-date (YTD) cabinetry sales fell 1% over the same period in 2017.

Semi-custom sales were down 2.4% in March and were 0.6% lower through the first 3 months compared to 2017. Custom cabinetry sales improved 0.7% from March 2017, but YTD sales dipped 0.1% compared to the year prior. Stock sales fell 1.7% as compared to totals for both the previous month and YTD.  See KCMA
