CPA Updates EPA TSCA Title VI Compliance Guides

CPA posted this week on its website an update of the brochure entitled “What the EPA Formaldehyde Rule Means to You” and the one-page “At-A-Glance” that lists the revised compliance dates for easy reference.  These resources are designed to help members and their customers navigate the TSCA Title VI rule.  The changes made include:

1.     Updating the extended TSCA Title VI compliance dates; and

2.     Incorporating the removal of the labeling prohibition, Section 770.45(f), in its entirety from the rule

With these changes, the documents reflect that latest state of play on TSCA Title VI.  CPA will make further updates as EPA publishes final amendments or issues final guidance.

CPA encourages members to share this with your customers as a resource.  See EPA Reference Guide and At-A-Glance.  More Info: Jackson Morrill
