CPA Updates Resource Summarizing EPA TSCA Title VI

CPA posted this week on its webpage an update of the brochure entitled “What the EPA Formaldehyde Rule Means to You.”  This resource is designed to help members and their customers navigate the new rule.  The changes made to the brochure include:

1.    Incorporating EPA’s recently released guidance on non-complying lots;

2.    Clarifying the differences between CARB and TSCA Title VI regarding test limits for NAF-ULEF exempt and ULEF-reduced testing for qualification, renewals and process changes; and

3.    A reference at the bottom of the At-A-Glance page to the possible extension of the compliance dates by EPA.

With these changes, this brochure reflects that latest state of play on TSCA Title VI.  CPA will continue to make updates to the text as EPA either publishes final amendments in the Federal Register or issues final guidance.  CPA encourages members to share this with your customers as a resource.  See EPA Reference Guide and At-A-Glance.  More Info: Jackson Morrill
