2018 MTD Symposium @ the CPA Fall Meeting
The Composite Panel Association and Surface & Panel present the 2018 Material, Technology & Design Symposium at the CPA Fall Meeting. In its second year, this innovative event unites manufacturers, suppliers, specifiers and end-users to learn about cutting-edge design trends, materials and technology. The symposium and CPA meeting feature notable speakers, dynamic education sessions, broad networking opportunities and an exhibit hall displaying the world’s finest décor materials and technology.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for all or part of your registartion are due in writing by September 11 minus a 25% administrative fee. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time with written notice to CPA.

To be eligible to attend the Symposium, you must fit into one of the following groups:
- Composite Panel Association members (To join, please visit CPA)
- Manufacturers and fabricators of composite panels with active North American manufacturing operations (sales/distribution offices do not qualify)
- Furniture, cabinets, closets, store fixtures and other finished product and component manufacturers
- Raw material suppliers of decorative surfaces/overlays, equipment, resin/adhesives, printers, hardware, technology
- Architecture/Design Professionals and Students

The JW Marriott is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, adjacent to the Music City Center and steps away from Lower Broadway.
CPA Room Rate: $239/room per night (taxes + fees additional)*
Hotel Requirement: Attendees are expected to stay at the JW Marriott, CPA's host hotel for the Fall Meeting/Symposium. Attendees not staying at the JW Marriott may be charged an additional $300 fee by CPA if the association is assessed any penalties for not achieving the room block.
Reservation Deadline: The discounted room rate is available at the JW Marriott until 5pm (CDT) on September 14, 2018 or until the room block is full.

Sunday, September 23 at 1pm. Fee: $180 per person
Enjoy networking with other industry professionals at the beautiful Gaylord Springs Golf Links Course. The tournament begins at 1pm with a shotgun start and will conclude at 6pm. Foursomes will be evenly selected based on skill level by the golf pro and announced onsite. Golf tournament registration can be completed as part of an attendee's meeting registration.
Fee listed is in USD and includes golf/tournament fees, on-site lunch, cart, shirt, and transportation to and from the JW Marriot hotel. Rental clubs are available for a fee of $55. Clubs must be reserved in advance when registering for the MTD Symposium/Fall Meeting and paid for onsite. All skill levels are encouraged to participate. Proper golf attire required, multiple layers are encouraged due to changing weather. Steel spikes are not allowed.
R.E.D. Educational Foundation Scholarship Program
The Robert E. Dougherty Educational Foundation provides scholarships to college students in industry-related fields of study. The Foundation is funded by CPA and generous donations from member companies. Please consider adding a $25 donation to the Foundation as part of your meeting registration.
