U.S. sales of new single-family homes in February were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 640,000, growing 1.1% from January but 19% lower than the comparable month in 2022.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of February was 436,000, representing an 8.2 month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
